As a teenager, Sunil found himself immersed in the realm of hospitality, navigating the intricate nuances of managing his family's independent property. After securing a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Sunil returned to his true calling: the vibrant and dynamic hospitality industry. 

Sunil's professional tapestry spans over 21 years, an expansive canvas that boasts a wide range of experiences across the hospitality industry. Sunil has experience with brands including Accor, Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham, gaining insights from various hospitality approaches. Throughout his career, he has acquired skillsets that entail conceiving visionary concepts to orchestrating openings, and from managing day-to-day operations to crafting long-term financial strategies. 

His philosophy, "surround yourself with good and positive people and good and positive things will happen!" not only mirrors his approach to leadership but also embodies RMH’s culture of positivity and collaboration.
